Aozora’s Adventure Roboforce U.S.A. (アオゾラの冒険 ロボフォース USA) is the planned fourteenth story in the Aozora's Adventure series and is the second story of Arc 4. It combines the elements of the Super Mario games and Kirby: Planet Robobot.

Returning to the two-dimensional platforming gameplay of the series last seen in Aozora's Adventure III, levels would be presented in a true 2.5D graphic style (versus the full 2D seen in the Adventure trilogy). The game’s main feature is the "Roboforce Soldier Armor", a mech resembling a head with arms and legs that can "scan" Power-Ups that come into contact with it’s body and transform just like Aozora.

Unlike Robobot Armor in Planet Robobot, Roboforce Soldier Armors are far more fleshed out- they can be brought into any stage and fight against every boss in the game. They can be dismounted at will (the dismount being forced if the current/upcoming area is too small for them to traverse, in which case a machine will transport them past the area they can't fit in while Aozora traverses it solo), and feature their own 100% health bar separate form Aozora's. If the Armor is destroyed, it will self-destruct seconds after ejecting Aozora, dealing massive damage in a set radius (possibly damaging Aozora as well). Also differing from Robobot: every Power-Up featured in the game can be used on Roboforce Soldier Armors to full avail.
